I met Bill Mesch through a referral from the USAA Mover's Advantage Program. As a member of USAA for 25 years, I have used most of thier products and services, and this was my 5th time using the Mover's Advantage Program in what turned out to be my most difficult home purchase ever. The difficulty of the process had to do with market conditions, which Coldwell Banker helped me to overcome.
I am confident that if it were not for the Mesch's professionalism, my wife and I would not own a home right now. More specifically, they displayed on outstanding work ethic, patience, and persistence while showing us over 70 properties and making four offers on our behalf for three different homes - giving us outstanding service during a difficult situation!
Equally important to recognize is the team work that Bill and Melody provided - team work wich positively impacted us from day one. I had prearranged a house-hunting trip as part of my corporate relocation package. However, my departure was delayed at the last minute by my former employer, which caused me to arrive a day late for my first meeting with Bill. The slip of one day caused a schedule conflit between Bill and I, one that was quickly resolved by Melody. She met with us mid-afternoon upon our arrival, and had shown us about a dozen houses by the end of the day. This team work on many occasions helped my wife and I maintain an intensity of purpose, without which we may well have given up and opted to rent or lease.
